Meet the founders
After obtaining his degree in Chemical Engineering, Shaun came to Japan in 2014 and began his career as a Sales & Application Engineer. Always in awe of new technology breakthroughs and looking to interact with people instead of machines, he moved to tech recruitment and has supported more than 100 candidates find their dream jobs in Japan in the past 6 years. Shaun has also won multiple top performance awards throughout his recruitment career.

Lim has spent his last decade in Japan and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at a US software company. With 10+ years of working experience in Japan & Singapore and having stepped up in his career from junior, mid, to senior levels, he has helped his community get lucrative offers from top tech companies in Japan.
Prior to his current role, he has gone through technical interviews with 15 top-level international tech companies and received offers for more than half of them in 2021-2022.
Jonathan came to Japan in 2015 to study international relations at the University of Tokyo. After graduating he sought for ways to open Japan to other foreign nationals and joined a tech recruitment agency in 2018. In the past 6 years he enabled more than 70 candidates, many of them overseas, to find the right job in Japan. Jonathan won multiple top performance awards throughout his career.
